  • Bonus classes! This year we are trying out some delicious New Mexican and Southwestern fare on our bonus class participants! Classes include a full meal.
  • On January 5, February 2 and February 23 we will present a class demonstrating a Contemporary Southwest menu that will include braised beef shortribs with a tomatillo-poblano conserva, toasted cumin creamed corn puree, crispy red chile onion rings, and red chile lemon napoleon

  • On January 13 and February 10, we will present a class demonstrating a Contemporary Southwestern menu that will include smoked quail with pomegrante-cascabel chile glaze, salad of jicama, fennel and mint, green chile corn fritters and coconut red chile sticky rice.

  • On January 27 and February 17 we will present a class demonstrating an Authentic Mexican menu that will include mole colorado with chicken and chayote squash, radish, lime and chile garnish, cabbage, lime and serrano salad, fresh corn tortillas, black bean and cotija cheese tamale, and tres leches cake

The Santa Fe School of Cooking will send you a confirmation via email guaranteeing space in your desired cooking class and completing the reservation. Reservation is not complete without this response from the SFSC.
